A prestigious community composed of homes, patio villas, and a few available vacant lots.

  • Exquisite Food: Within our community there are two superb restaurants: The Old Stone Farmhouse, considered by many to be the top restaurant in the Virgin Islands, and The Grille, considered the top steak house (and which also serves other fine types of foods).
This website is for the owners, guests and prospective owners of single-family homes, patio villas, and lots in Mahogany Run. There are six patio villas (which are zero-lot line homes) and 122 lots, of which about half have been built on. The condos have a separate association and the golf course is managed separately.

Annual General Meeting - Nov 14 2016

The Annual General Meeting of MRHOA is scheduled to be held on Monday, November 14, 2016 at The Grille Restaurant starting 6:00 p.m. sharp.
Please visit the Meetings page in this website to review all documents that were emailed to the membership on October 13, including the 2017 Proposed Budget and Special Assessment.

The Annual General Meeting will take place in MONDAY November 14 2016 @ 6:00 at The Grille Room Restaurant located within the Mahogany Run Golf building. A complete package will be sent to you via emailed to you shortly.

Buying and Selling
The Home Owners Association charges an annual association fee to cover maintenance and updates to the infrastructure, landscaping, and administrative costs. A special assessment can also be made to cover any major projects. In addition, if you have a home (completed or under construction) the Condo Association charges a monthly fee for staffing the security gates as well as for roving the grounds.
When you are buying or selling land or homes in our community, you will need to request a Clearance Letter from the Home Owners Association stating that the property is clear of any debts with the association. If you are purchasing an existing home or one that is under construction, you may also need a clearance letter from the Condo Association stating that all security fees have been paid.

Volunteers are needed for a wide range of projects. We encourage you to contact us and get involved!
